Park Project Guide

A look at priority projects for Bryce Canyon National Park –

projects funded by people like you, who love the park and all of its magic.

HOODOO YOU LOVE?

Whether it’s the magic of the hoodoos and fins, the panoramic vistas, the pristine skies, the resident wildlife, or simply the magic of the changing seasons, Bryce is, indeed, nothing short of magical.

Recognizing the need to protect such a unique and wonderous place, Bryce Canyon was originally designated as a national monument in 1923 and was then redesignated as a national park in 1928.

And while federal tax dollars and visitor entrance fees fund the park’s basic maintenance needs and day-to-day operations, a significant source of funding comes from private citizens and corporate donors through the Bryce Canyon Association – Bryce Canyon’s official nonprofit partner for more than 60 years.

As you read below, you’ll learn about some of the park projects that are a priority – projects that need your help to fund.

So now, as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Bryce Canyon being recognized as a national treasure, we invite you to be part of the Bryce Canyon Association – be it as a one-time donor or a lifetime member.

Together, we can ensure that Bryce Canyon National Park stays… magical.
